纳什ville 状态 SARA Agreement

纳什ville 状态 is a part of 的 SARA Agreement, which aims to help expand students’ access to educational opportunities and ensure more efficient, consistent, and effective regulation of distance education programs.

Complaint Resolution Policies and Procedures for Non-Tennessee Resident Students in 状态 Authorization Reciprocity Agreement 状态s, commonly known as SARA. Student complaints relating to consumer protection laws that involve distance learning education offered under 的 terms and conditions of 的 状态 Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (SARA), must first be filed with 的 institution to seek resolution.

Complainants not satisfied with 的 outcome of 的 Institution’s internal process may appeal, within two years of 的 incident about which 的 complaint is made, to 的 Tennessee Higher Education Commission. 

For purposes of this process, a complaint shall be defined as a formal assertion in writing that 的 terms of SARA or 的 laws, standards, or regulations incorporated 由 SARA Policies and Standards have been violated 由 institution operating under 的 terms of SARA.
